Aftercare Service at Keynsham
We are dedicated to providing you with the best possible service, even after you have had your appointment or made your collection.
We understand that your spectacles are an important part of life, and we want to be there for you after you have collected your new frames, sunglasses or contact lenses. Our complimentary aftercare service includes a range of free services such as adjustments to eyewear, new nose pads and any minor repairs.
You are also welcome to return to us any time for advice or if you have any questions or concerns.
If you are not one of our existing patients, there may be a charge for these services but we are always happy to help.
Repairs and Faults
We spend a lot of time carefully selecting our eyewear and products from industry leading brands to ensure that we bring you the high quality you deserve but sometimes, accidents can happen and your glasses or sunglasses may break.
Should your glasses break or you suspect a fault with any of our products, please contact us as soon as you're able to and we can support you in resolving the issue as soon as possible.
If broken or damaged, your glasses may well be covered by guarantee so you could have them fixed with little to no cost. Your glasses my also be covered by your home insurance.
While it's common for children to lose or break their glasses, don't worry! NHS repair vouchers will often cover the cost of any major repairs, if needed. It's normal for us to see children regularly for adjustments or repairs, particularly if it's their first ever pair of glasses.
