Rachel Moore
our Lead Optometrist and partner at Norville Keynsham. Rachel has worked locally for 35 years and joined Norville in 2019. Rachel specialises in Myopia management, Dry Eye Management andtreatment for Visual Stress. Rachel has provided emergency eye care services for the NHS since the pandemic, via the Primary Eyecare Service. She enjoys running, walking, gardening and cooking, but don't ask about the croquembouche!
Jo Pym, Optometrist:
has been with the practice since 2017. She has 25 years' experience in all aspects of Optometry including work in New Zealand. Away from the practice, she is busy with family, friends and attends boxercise and Pilates classes.
Laura Bowden
Qualified Dispensing Optician and a partner in Norville Keynsham Opticians. Laura enjoys helping people make the best decisions for their eyecare needs and particularly enjoys dispensing protective sport solutions for children and adults. Out of work Laura will often be found at the rugby club supporting her family and training with the ladies team.
Heather Hubbard
has worked at Norville Keynsham for many years both as a Receptionist and Pre-Screener. Heather enjoys coastal walks and spending time with her grandchildren.
Catherine Fox
Receptionist and Pre-Screener and has lived and worked in Keynsham for many years. Kate is often the lady you will see as you arrive in practice. Kate holidays in Greece, enjoys getting out to music venues with friends and going to the tennis at Wimbledon in the summer.
Gill Preece, Optometrist:
has worked in a Norville Opticians for 27 years and joined Keynsham in 2022. Gill is passionate about providing good quality and accessible eyecare, supporting autistic patients. She is also the practice Makaton Champion. When not working, she can be found with glue and scissors to hand,creating cards and papercraft.
Beth Bracey:
Is the manager, partner and Qualified Dispensing Optician at Norville Keynsham who has worked in opticians for over 30 years. Beth moved to Keynsham in 2008, working for Roger Spooner Opticians before his retirement, when the practice became Norville Keynsham. Beth advises patients on frames and lenses. Being an independent practice, we can choose the right frames and lenses for everyone's individual needs. Outside of work Beth will be found spending time with her horse enjoying many lovely West Country locations including Badminton Park.
Georgina Cunliffe
Georgina is a Dispensing Optician who also holds a BSc in Ophthalmic Dispensing. She has been working in the optical industry for 20 years and spent many of these helping elderly, housebound and disabled patients in their own homes. Georgina particularly enjoys helping people with Low Vision make the most of their sight, advising on frames, lenses and other non-optical accessories to improve quality of life. She loves spending her spare time wild swimming, at music festivals and table top gaming with her family.
Natalie Graham-Way
The Financial Administrator for Norville Keynsham, looks after our back office and all the Contact Lens and Care+ Plans for the Practice. Natalie enjoys clubbercise and is a fantastic singer.
Nicola Garvey
Receptionist and Pre-Screener. Nic is often the voice on the phone when you ring us and can be found on the front desk to meet you on your arrival in Practice. Out of work Nic is often on family holidays but loves a Blue Water shopping spree at Christmas time, with her friends
